At PAREXEL, our training approach is really first having a really good design for our program. In this design, we always use real life situations as people encounter at work so that people get a chance to practice, get feedback as they try to demonstrated how to deal with a particular situation. Then, we give them feedback and allow them time to reflect. As you think about it, in general, people relate to real situations and when they have a chance to practice and get feedback and think about it, they learn.
